Although Cake Smash sessions have my heart doing littles month Milestone sessions sure are so special.

Growing up her momma’s favorite cartoon was Care Bears and she absolutely loved ‘Grumpy’ bear. So, when I had to come up with a special session for this little sweetheart, I knew I wanted to incorporate the childhood favorite show of moms.

What is the process for month Milestone sessions? All sessions are different. In some sessions, baby is sleeping, and in some sessions baby is awake. Either way, we shoot! With this little sweetheart, I came to their home, set up my set design, had climate control for my working area, and took baby. Mom and dad went off to take a nap. Why is this? Well, babies are amazing from birth and one of the things is that they smell mommy and so mommy fed baby and changed her, and then baby and I hung out until we were done. This gave me the time I needed and most importantly I got to snuggle this sweet baby!!! I. LOVE. BABIES!
